Service description
Supplylume provides research workflow software for organizing marketplace observations and enrichment evidence. Results may be incomplete, uncertain, or unavailable and are not a guarantee of supplier authorization, product eligibility, profitability, or commercial outcomes.
Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for safeguarding account access, using the service lawfully, verifying exported information, and complying with marketplace, supplier, privacy, and communications rules applicable to their activities.
Plans and limits
Server-enforced entitlements, quotas, and feature access depend on the account’s current subscription state. Plan descriptions may change only with appropriate notice and final commercial terms.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to bypass access controls, scrape prohibited sources, send unlawful communications, or misrepresent research evidence as verified authorization.
